Prince, inc. has been a pillar of the Rosebud County community for over 50 years, consistently supporting the county fair, local schools, sports teams, and community improvement projects. We aim to continue this and grow so we may increase our outreach to touch as many lives as possible. In the future, we hope to be a pioneer in making our industry more sustainable through responsible business and environmental practices, such as paying competitive wages to our employees, and reclamation of former construction sites.

About Us

Founders - John & Bonnie Prince

Prince Incorporated began as a humble trucking business in 1964 in Miles City, MT with 1 truck and 2 motivated individuals, John and Bonnie Prince. In 1968, the Princes moved the business to Forsyth, MT, where we have been operating ever since. Over the last 50+ years, Prince, Inc. has blossomed into a multi-faceted construction company. Now, in addition to the original trucking services, our operations include gravel sales and crushing, paving, chipping, dirt work, ready-mix concrete, pugmill cement-treated base, and full-depth reclamation operations. Prince, Inc. prides itself on providing superb quality of work to its customers, as well as taking care of its employees and community that have so graciously supported them from the beginning.
